Rules for sending a video to How to Clean

Who can send. Bionbox customers, logged in to their store account.

What to send. A vertical video (phone upright) of up to 1 minute showing how you solve a cleaning problem, and one sentence saying what the problem is.

Products. The video must show the solution with Bionbox products, at the dilution indicated by Bionbox. If you use a complementary product or tool, say which one.

Privacy. Do not show faces or anything that identifies the home or the client: address, family photos, documents, license plates. Film only the surface and your hands.

The video is yours. Send only videos recorded by you, with no music, brands or images that belong to someone else.

Safety. Do not mix chemical products and do not show dangerous practices.

Review. Every video is reviewed by Bionbox before it appears. Bionbox may decline it, ask for changes or remove a video at any time, with no obligation to explain.

Permission of use. By sending a video, you authorize Bionbox, free of charge and for an indefinite period, to publish, edit, subtitle, translate and share it on the website, on social media and in Bionbox materials, crediting your name or your company’s name.

No payment. Sending a video is voluntary and does not generate payment or store credit. Bionbox may recognize the best videos with the “Bionbox Specialist” badge and highlights.

Removal. You can ask for your video to be removed by writing to contact@bionbox.com. We remove it from the website within 10 business days.

Responsibility. You are responsible for the content you send. The guidance published is the one approved by Bionbox.
